Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory
The museum is located in Hokuei-cho, Tottori Prefecture, where Gosho Aoyama, the creator of the popular manga “Detective Conan,” was born and raised.
In addition to exhibiting memorabilia from Aoyama’s boyhood and works from his debut to “Detective Conan,” the museum is the only facility in the world where visitors can see, hear, and experience Dr. Agasa’s inventions and case tricks that appear in the “Detective Conan” stories.
The museum’s Detective Conan merchandise store, “Conan Detective Agency,” offers a wide variety of original goods that can only be purchased here.
Also, along the road called “Conan Street” from Conan Station (JR Yura Station) to Gosho Aoyama’s hometown museum, you can meet bronze statues, stone monuments, and other characters from “Detective Conan”. There are also many photo spots.
At “Conan’s House Yonbana Shopping Street” located halfway down Conan Street, visitors can enjoy a meal at the coffee shop that appears in the original story, or do some shopping.
